and negotiate consultant contracts, expedited the workflow between team members to ensure maximum efficiencies, expedited clearances with the City of Los Angeles, coordinated design drawings amongst the A/E team, obtained several proposals from general contractors, leveled all bids, and collaborated with team members for value engineering ideas.
