timeline based on scope of work. Negotiated buyouts with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors. Coordinated with on-site superintendent and sub-contractors to ensure schedule goals were met. Acted as
a liaison between superintendent and designer to ensure design goals were met. Delivered to Client a
turnkey house, on-time and on budget.
