| Liaison between Ownership, Contractor and A/E team to ensure ownership goals of budget, quality and schedule were achieved. Responsibilities included reviewing and approving buyouts, payment applications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, budget transfers,
two-week look ahead and monthly schedule updates. Negotiated with suppliers and vendors to source many of the finish materials directly to capture cost savings for the Owner. Attended weekly OAC meetings. Worked with the construction lender,
First Republic Bank and their third party fund control inspectors to make sure payment applications were packaged and processed correctly and timely. Managed to obstacles of extreme labor shortages and cost escalations during the Covid pandemic to still deliver a quality product to the Client on-time and on budget.
