| Principal on project. Responsibilities included leading the entire development effort from acquisition
through disposition. Hired and led the A/E team. Was lead with entitlement and permitting process with City of West Hollywood Planning and B&S departments. Secured construction loan financing with Pacific Western Bank. Interviewed several general contractors and competitively negotiated a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract. Oversaw and remained closely involved in all aspects of construction from start to finish. Worked with general contractor, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, city inspectors, third party fund control inspectors, bankers, city officials, architects and engineers to make sure schedule, budget and quality requirements were met at every stage.
